Foodie Link for Vitamins and Minerals

I have a cute video of a couple budding musicians in our household if blogger ever decides to enable me to post videos again.  Until then, I wanted to note this helpful resource for figuring out  which foods to focus on if trying to increase certain nutrients in your diet.  It's nice to have things listed so clearly and concisely.

Amma on the Duty of the Day

2 Chronicles 8:12-13, R.V.: Burnt offerings . . . even as the duty of every day required.

"Sometimes we look ahead and things look rather difficult, indeed impossible. But we have nothing to do with tomorrow, we have only to think about today; and the one thing that matters is that we offer our burnt offering (all we have to give of time, strength, love, everything) as the duty of the day requires."

Vanity, Vanity

While we were washing hands just now, Eva caught sight of herself in the mirror.

Evangeline: "That me?"

Mommy: "Yes, that's Eva."

Evangeline: "My Eva pretty."

(She was probably admiring her DIY bangs--see pic from a few weeks ago below.)
